Data controller

What we collect
Through the quote form we collect your name, phone number and/or email address, the transport route, the vehicle details, the preferred date and your message. The website uses no tracking cookies and no traffic-analytics tools.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the data solely to answer your quote request and to organise the requested transport. The legal basis is the consent you give when sending the form and, afterwards, the performance of the transport contract.
Who receives the data
The form is delivered through the Web3Forms service (a data processor), which forwards the message to our email inbox hosted by Google (Gmail). The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (a data processor), whose servers keep technical access logs (IP address, page requested, date and time) needed for operation and security, retained for a limited period. We do not sell or pass on the data to other third parties, except where required by law.
How long we keep the data
We keep quote requests for at most 12 months after the last contact. Transport documents are kept for the period required by tax and commercial law.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection, the right to withdraw your consent at any time, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro).
