How long does a transport from France or Germany to Romania take?
As a rule, a transport from France, Belgium or Germany to Romania takes between 2 and 5 days from collection, depending on the distance, the number of vehicles on the platform and traffic. You receive an estimated delivery date when the order is confirmed and we keep you updated along the way.
Which documents are needed for the transport?
For most transports the sender’s ID, the vehicle’s registration certificate or proof of ownership and, for cars bought abroad, the sales contract or invoice are enough. We issue the CMR consignment note and the handover report at collection and at delivery.
Is the vehicle insured during the transport?
Yes. Every transport is covered by CMR insurance, and vehicles are secured on the platform with straps and wheel chocks according to the German VDI 2700 standard, which is mandatory for car transporters operating in Germany. A report on the vehicle’s condition is drawn up at collection and at delivery.
Do you also transport non-running or damaged vehicles?
Yes, in most cases. Please mention in your request if the vehicle does not start or cannot roll, so that we come prepared with the right equipment and confirm in advance that we can load it safely.
How is the transport price calculated?
The price depends on the route (distance and country), the type and size of the vehicle, the number of vehicles carried on the same run and how urgent the delivery is. Send us the route and the car’s details and you receive a firm quote with no hidden costs.
Can you transport several cars at once?
Yes. Our transporters with trailer carry several cars on the same run, which suits dealers, leasing companies, insurers or families moving two cars. For fleet deliveries we agree a schedule and a price per vehicle together.
Can I follow the transport?
Yes. You receive the driver’s direct number and we keep you informed by phone or WhatsApp at collection, en route and before delivery, so that you can be there to receive the vehicle.
